Slide film is not common in Indonesia, I have only found it in the large cities. I have developed slides in Jakarta and Surabaya, so you can defintely do it there, just try a shop at one of the big malls. Don't know about Kalimantan though. Sending your slides to Singapore may very well be the solution for you.

where in Kalimantan do you live? Beside Singapore the other alternative would have to be Kuala Lumpur.
