Could anybody help me with information as to format of albums and the proceedure for uploading them to the Gallery.

I would be happy to help you, but I'm not sure if I understand your question. Do you mean the Gallery on this site, or any Gallery? If you are not the Administrator of a Gallery you would need the proper permission to upload images to an album, and that can only be given by the Admin. So you definitely want to be on friendly terms with him/her (me) 

The Gallery on this site is not open for upload of images without permission, but good photos are always welcome! Just use the Contact-form to send a request, and we'll make an arrangement.

Thanks for your help. I have some photos that Ithink are quite good and we are off to Bali again in 3 weeks and hope to take a few more, when we have vetted the next lot I will contact you.
