Viewing your photos of VOC Fort in Jaffna, Sri Lanka was an emotional trip! As a young boy, I used to cycle to the fort with friends, sit on the nearby sandy beach and talk. I imagine my last visit was 45 years ago.

I left Sri Lanka 40 years ago but during life there, the fort served as Jaffna's prison and church inside for inter-denominational services.

Thank you for the rare photos that I have never seen before.
